PRIJAVA I POLAGANJE DIPLOMSKOG ISPITA, PREDAJA DIPLOMSKOG RADA

RASPORED DIPLOMSKIH ISPITA 

Dogovor o terminima svih dijelova diplomskog ispita studenti obavljaju u suradnji s mentorom i pročelnikom odsjeka. Pročelnik odsjeka po potrebi će rezervirati prostor/dvoranu. Termini se oglašavaju na stranicama Muzičke akademije.  

The head of the department informs the vice dean for academic affairs of the scheduled exam dates as soon as possible,providing the following details: candidate’s full name, department / study program, concert program and/or final exam topic, mentor(s), committee members, location and time of the final exam thesis defense. 

 

 

IZRADA PISANOGA DIPLOMSKOG RADA 

The completed final exam thesis šalje se najkasnije 15 dana prije zakazanog termina obrane rada e-poštom mentoru i pročelniku odsjeka. Pročelnik će ga proslijediti članovima ispitnog povjerenstva.  

Defenses of written master's theses mogu se održati ili u zgradi akademije, neposredno prije ili poslije diplomskog koncerta, ili, iz opravdanoga razloga, na daljinu, o čemu odlučuju mentor i pročelnik odsjeka u dogovoru s kandidatom. 

 

PRIJAVA DIPLOMSKOG ISPITA 

The final exam concert and thesis defense must be registered via email atreferada@muza.unizg.hr najkasnije 15 dana prije zakazanog termina obrane pisanoga diplomskog rada.  

Elektronička prijava treba sadržavati: 

  1. Student’s full name, department, main subject, and mentor’s name
  2. Popunjen obrazac Obrazac za pohranu snimaka diplomskog koncerta (samo za izvođače) 
  3. List of coursework completed during studies, signed by the professor (for performers only) – for all years of study
  4. Exam repertoire for the final exam, signed by the professor (for performers only)
  5. Email address for receiving notifications about the graduation ceremony

 

OBAVEZE DIPLOMANADA 

By the day of taking the final part of the graduation examination, the student must: 

  • settle all financial and material obligations towards the Academy, as well as any outstanding library loans at the Academy library
  • provjeriti na studomatu jesu li mu upisane ocjene iz svih položenih predmeta (osim glavnog predmeta i predmeta Diplomski ispit, odn. Diplomski rad) if they have not, the student must contact the course professor promptly and request that the grade be entered. The grades for all passed examinations must be recorded in the ISVU system before the day of the final part of the graduation examination.
  • bring a printout of their grades from the ISVU system to the final part of the graduation examination.

The program for final exam concert for printing šalju se elektroničkom poštom na adresu spiljagic@muza.unizg.hr i skiszuvela@muza.unizg.hr te trebaju biti oblikovani u skladu s ovim obrascem.   

We remind students that they cannot proceed with the final exam if they have not passed the exams for all enrolled courses, except for the main subject and the final exam or final exam thesis, and if they have not completed the listed obligations. 

Prije obrane svim će se pisanim diplomskim radovima provjeriti autentičnost s pomoću programske podrške TurnItIn. Utvrdi li se da je rad plagiran, zatražit će se mišljenje Etičkog povjerenstva Muzičke akademije o mogućim daljnjim postupcima. 


PREDAJA DIPLOMSKOG RADA U DIGITALNI REPOZITORIJ 

U roku od mjesec dana ili pet radnih dana prije promocije (ovisno o tome što nastupi prije) diplomski rad student mora korigirati prema uputama ispitnog povjerenstva i ponovno poslati pročelniku i mentoru te priložiti uz ispunjen Obrazac za predaju ocjenskog rada u konačnom obliku, također samo u pdf-u (moguća je i predaja priloga – .pdf, audio ili videozapis). Obrascu se pristupa e-identitetom AAI@EduHr (isti pristupni podaci kao za Studomat – provjeriti profil u gornjem desnom kutu!).
Diplomandi I., II., III.a (dirigiranje) i VIII.a (glazbena pedagogija) odsjeka uz ispunjen obrazac moraju predati i jedan primjerak tvrdo uvezanoga tiskanog rada u knjižnicu Muzičke akademije. 

Final exam concerts are recorded, and the recordings are stored in the Digital Repository of the Academy of Music (DABAR). The department heads are responsible for the recordings. Private recordings will not be stored in the repository.
