Career Center of the Academy of Music University of Zagreb serves as a central hub for supporting students through counselling, education, and connections with potential employers, with the aim of fostering early career development and offering opportunities for professional growth.

The Career Center provides students with the following services:

• Career counseling, education, and support to help them identify their interests, explore professional development opportunities, and receive guidance on their path to achieving career goals;
• Organization of group workshops focused on creating personal career plans, writing cover letters and CVs, and preparing for successful job interviews;
• Workshops featuring Academy alumni, who present examples of career opportunities after graduation, describe the requirements of specific positions, and share the challenges they encountered at the beginning of their professional journeys;
• Access to career-related information and support in connecting students with employers. Employers can also register as long-term partners for offering internships or hiring students and/or graduates with specific profiles.

The Career Center of the Academy of Music acts as a bridge between students, alumni, and potential employers for mutual benefit: offering students opportunities for career development and providing employers with access to emerging talent and future employment prospects.

The Academy of Music University of Zagreb actively participates in and continuously monitors the connection between its students and institutions such as the Zagreb Philharmonic, the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, and the Symphony Orchestra of Croatian Radiotelevision.In the future, it aims to strengthen its ties with an even wider circle of potential employers, all with the goal of promoting early professional development for its graduates.
