ERASMUS+
Erasmus+ is the largest European Union program for education and training, youth and sports that enriches the lives and broadens the horizons of millions of citizens of all generations.
Erasmus+ in higher education is open to students and teaching and non-teaching staff of higher education institutions. Going on mobility to different institutions abroad allows participants to gain international experience, acquire new knowledge and share good practices.
As part of the mobility projects, students have the opportunity to spend abroad a part of their studies or gain professional practice, teaching staff for teaching or training. Students enrich their study experience by going to one of the partner higher education institutions, while they carry out professional practice abroad in a company, scientific or artistic institution or any other relevant place of work. Teachers teach at foreign universities or are trained in organizations related to their field of work and professional interests. Also, higher education institutions receive foreign students and higher education staff from abroad.
The University of Zagreb announces calls for financial support for mobility participants. The selection process, support and monitoring of the implementation of mobility is carried out by the central office for international cooperation of the University of Zagreb, while all relevant information is provided by the Erasmus+ coordinator of the constituent of the University.
More about the Erasmus+ program is available here.
