The Brass Ensemble was founded in 2005 by Prof. Šime Vulelija, who served as the leader and conductor. During each academic year, the ensemble performs a series of notable concerts and successfully collaborates with the Department of Composition and Music Theory by performing works written by students, as well as with students from other departments who perform as soloists. The leader of the Brass Ensemble for the academic year 2024/2025 is Prof. Bánk Harkay.
